Made a quit big withdrawal and still waiting now for 3 days to have my account verified. Multiple chats openend but everytime i hear something else. One says in the morning it will be fixed the other one told me they dont know when etc. What can i do in this matter? Also they asked me for another verification of my bank statement it was not good they told me, i have the feeling that they dont want to pay almost 10k euro Have somebody experienced the same maybe? However, if there are any documents that need to be re-sent (I've experienced that myself from some casinos), then it delays the verification procedure. What I advise you to do is that you set a loss limit of 1EUR on the responsible gambling tools so you won't get carried away playing your nice balance and meanwhile wait while they do their job. But look at this? It says rejected but also approved? I am trying to connect with the chat but it is not possible to connect in the chat. Link to comment

You can upload a better quality bank statement on your account. It is the same as the other ones Link to comment

Sorry I can't/not allowed to do that, but I do understand your frustration. Happened to me before as well, needed to upload my ID 3 times before they approved it (not on Calzone). Link to comment

If you waited this long and now that it has been brought to attention, all you can do is wait another day really. And yeah I do understand that amount of money is a lot and hard to wait for. Do everything as they say and I'm 100% you won't have any issues. Next time verify at the casino before you start playing to avoid these kind of issues - that would be my advice! Link to comment

I have requested 5000, 3500 and 80,80 in total but no 1300 euro. They dont respond to my email they dont let you know the document is rejected nothing! I am chatting now with support for almost one hour to get a anwser about what i need to do again to get verification... OMG and again i dont understand this anymore... And i need to withdraw 1300 on my other account and the rest to my first bank account but the problem is for me is not possible to change my bank to withdrawal they have locked this option in the site?? xulinho007 Posted 5 June, 2018 Share Posted 5 June, 2018 hello its happen exactly the same with ne i open account deposit 5k manage to getnl 10k then i try to cash out and they ask me so much documents, (proof of id, proof of adress, bank stantment, payslip, p60, work contract) and after 5 days they said still not able to verify myself, is this normal? if is something wrong where can i do a complain?
