Kaboo casino scam !

I played 50sek (5euro) bet on Sparta slot on Kaboo.

I got the bonus, and the guys says. "Tonight we died in hell"

After u get the bonus u get a respin to get more freespins, it gets me 20 freespins

and when its the last respin it gets stuck.

I then contact the casino saying that the slot freeze up, they tell me to reload, when i do i get the message "that they will resume"

I see me winning the bonus again and it freeze on the same spot.. i tried everything they wanted from me, and then they say that they need to contact the game provider for this issue.

I also send them a screen of when it froze...

They told me it would take 2 days.... after 2 days it still wasnt fix, i still get the same freeze and finally today after 5 days i go in and its fixed.

I havent gotten any money from them so i contact them and they first say that i won 210SEK (21euro) from bonus.

I then told them that i got that from the spinn that gave me the bonus..

They said they couldnt help me, and that was that. i didnt give up and told them i wanna talk to someone else higher up so i started to talk with a guy name jarvis.

He then said that I didnt even get a bonus at all and that it was all bullshit .. 

Even though it clearly shows in my screen that i did, he said it didnt and that im basically lying..

After 30 min of me not given in, he finally said that the thing is settle and that he now gives me a lifeban  on livechatt..

So now i cant even talk to them or anything and im basically fucked...

So please dont play on Kaboo and if someone could help me please do so..

Also if someone would go to their livechatt and complain that would be appricated..

I dont have the chattlogs because they blocked me so this is all i have... 

I did however make a complaint on MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) but i doubt that would do any good. specially since they said i will take months before they even look into it..

 

I didnt know CG promotes Kaboo, but if they do they should sincerly stop doing that ..

I doubt they would help, i already have had a friend who contacted them becasue i cant and they got insta blocked aswell.

Yeah try casinomiester and try find a rep from kaboo.

Are you still on the site.

Somthkng simmilar happened to me on anothet site. They said two days so i daid ok. I kept trying to koad hame then suddnley on the 4th day it worked and finished bonus, my money went straight to my balance.

Well the problem is that they say i didnt get a freespinbonus when i clearly did, so they basically deleted my freespins i won on sparta.

And i dont know, i mean it seems like they check their server and that server dont register any bonus coming.

To me it seems like a very very rare problem that occured..

Seems like the game crashed/freezed at the worst spot before the server register that i got the bonus somehow. anyhow. 

They say that the issue is fixed, and i get 0SEK, but that is so wrong, becasue i really did get a bonus when crashed as i shown on screenshot i did..

I mean if you guys are familiar with Sparta slot, 20 freespins on a 50sek bet (5 euro) can pay pretty well.. and i have never gotten a 20 freespin on it without getting atleast 100x..

But i dont know maybe i was lucky.. however i have gotten a few 8 spins with only 10-20 x win. but never on 20 spins..

Sounds harsh DISCO, It is hard enough to win we do not need this extra power working against us.

I found out the other day that if a you are playing a game and you are in the bonus / free spins and the game malfunctions the casino you are playing does not have to pay you.

I mean come on what kind of bull is that, That is something gambling regulation organisations need to look into , or whoever it is down to.

I record everything i play and if it did malfunction and i showed them the recording and still they would not pay out i think that would end my online slots career, I would think sod this and stop playing. Before i ever made my first deposit i always thought that these companies could get away with murder.

They need to think about the ECO system in this industry and start looking after the ( low amount ) of players they have and not shafting them.

The stupid thing about this casino and others are that when they treat people like shit they will get bad rep and loose people in the end..

Well i just hope people that are thinking about playing there choose some place else, and players who already are there goes some place else aswell.

Thanks, i hope they do, becasue its so clear that someone either the gameprovider or kaboo has done something very wrong..

But still, how they treat me over there are so disturbing, and i new update.

They told me that if i didnt agree then i could report them to MGA, and they gave me a link to their website where you report casinos..

I did this ofc, and got a respond from MGA..

So, that means that Kaboo, gave me that link to MGA to report them on , knowing that MGA had nothing to do with that Slot at all..

And then after giving me that link, they block me from ever contacting kaboo.

All i know is that i did 50 SEK spins, and i won the bonus, when the slots do the respin (to see how many freespins i got), it freezed up..

I know for a fact that i got atleast 20 freespins.. i then contacted support and they told me to wait, and then after 5 days they told me that there were no bonus..

I mean i dont know how the system works, but i did get the bonus, so if they cant see it in their system then the problem is WORSE than ever becasue then the system is very faulty.

People might think its stupid to fight about this, but atleast 20 freespins on a slot like sparta can pay massivly well.. and on 50 sek bet it can easy result in a 5000SEK win or even more..
