I deposit 1000kr and play with 1500kr playing moon princess until my balance is 1kr and i cant bet anymore... Then i deposit 1000kr more (RAW, no bonus) i win this up to 5000kr and about to withdraw, then it says i have active bonus? So i cant withdraw until i wagered, just because i had 1kr left on my balance i got wager on my raw deposit.. what a joke that is... Link to comment

I wouldn't touch your balance, bug support to manually cancel the bonus. I've been in that situation before, took about 3 days for them to fix it but they did in the end. Link to comment

Casino's will quote there T+C's about bonuses etc and lots of players get cought out with bonus terms. You havent really done anything wrong li shang and if you get at them they should give you your 5000 kr winnings. Its only 1 kr left and it would be unbelievable if they stuck to you have wagering to do. Be bad on the casino's part that. I feel if you get at them and leave things as they are the casino will remove the bonus wagering on the previous bonus you took. Its only 1 kr and you have deposited 1000 raw off the back of going down to 1 kr. I think you will be fine li shang. Dont touch your account balance until its resolved. Good luck to you??. GZ on the win no. it says cash balance 1100 sek ( as my last deposit ) and because i won on the first spin and had 1kr bonus bet, all my winnings went to bonus balance, and, if i cancel it i forfeit that money Link to comment

I know that if similar situations happens if you play at either of CGs partners they tend to be able to help out but not sure about Sloty Hope you get it sorted!! Link to comment
bigslotwins Posted 15 May, 2018 Share Posted 15 May, 2018 I think what’s happened is you tied yourself into a wagering requirement when you accepted the bonus. Some casinos if you go under £1 balance it clears and some you have to totally clear your balance before redepositing. Its very harsh for the amount you had left, but I think they are just going to quote their terms and conditions. How much wagering do you have left? You may be easier just trying to complete it on a low variance slot. Not ideal but casinos tend to not budge on these things, I’ve been stung before too and now read terms inside out.
