21Casino declined cashing out €2.2k

Hi Guys and Girls,

on Thursday I got a present of 10 Free Spins on 21Casino. So I started playing and luckily won like €5. For those winnings I cleared the playthrough requirement pretty fast, as expected. Actually before hitting €100 balance. So I kept playing with that money and cashed out €300 by Bank Wire on day one. That money just was on my bank account a day later. So I kept playing with like €100 the next days and luckily ended up with a cashout total of €2.2k.

So today I just checked my Mails and found following from 21Casino support:

Quote

Dear Mr xxxx,

Winnings from free spins or no deposit bonuses are capped at €100 as per clause 9 (i) of our Promotional Terms and Conditions.

9 (i) 21 Casino reserves the right to limit winnings and withdrawals from all forms of no deposit bonuses / free spins / free bets added to a customer's account up to the value of €100.

Your withdrawal has been cancelled, your winnings have been capped at €100 and returned to your gaming account.

Kind Regards
Accounts Team

In my opinion it was no more bonus money, as soon as i cleared the bonus. I wonder how they would handle this case, if i had cashed in like €10 while playing with this money.

The €300 of the first cashout are still on my bank account and another €100 on my 21Casino account.

How would you rate this behavior? Is there anything I can do about it?

Thanks for help and best wishes

hello schampa,

im sorry to hear about the event that is happening to you. What i do know is that casino's have no deposit bonuses / free spins bonuses a lot. after you complete the wager they

often have a ''rule'' in their T&C's that allow a max cashout of that bonus. so lets say you win somthing with the free spins, you finish the wager, after that you can only get for example ''100 euro'' to your cash balance, since there is a max win limit on these free spins bonuses. what i suggest you to do is to see your bonus history and read the T&C's of it, maybe even post it on this forum

kind regards,

Tim

Quick question, when you cashed out the 300euro, did you leave anything at all in your 21 account? Or did you redeposit the 100 euro next day?

Reason I ask is because even though you withdrew 300euro (technically this should have not been able to withdraw with the 100 cap), any money still left in the account would still be considered part of the bonus money.

I for one hate casinos that employ these max cashout rules from bonuses anyway, will never play at one. I'm sticking to wagerfree free spin sites.

Yes i had money left after the first cashout. I didnt cash in at any point. They still left me €100 on the casino account. If i play with those and win another 3k or even more i wonder if they still rate it as bonus money. Its just exactly the same, where they scammed me in my opinion. Im still waiting for their response on my mail i sent them yesterday

If you had cashed out the whole lot and left 0 balance in your account it would have all been yours if they didn't flag it (as 300 was originally above the max cashout). Unfortunately because of their terms, and the size of the 2nd withdrawal they have flagged it. There's nothing you can do unfortunately seeing as you were still playing with money won from the original bonus.

I think your unlucky to win such a big amount and have it taken away.

I had £2.5k taken away from me.

I also think if you would have withdrawn the whole 400 they might have only given you

£100 max. Hate casino bonuses and only use on decent sites with just wagering and no other buillcrap.
