I've been playing at Leovegas for a few years now with no issues at all.
Yesterday my account was blocked from depositing for a contract update.They sent me two emails:
One to verify my ID, Card details and proof of address, (All successfully verified Btw)
The second email was to verify Card details of a card that expired 01/2021, Which is impossible for me to do as I no longer have the card.
Contacted live support and they said I would need a signed letter from my bank with the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the old card number on the letter.
My question is, is this something that UK banks can do? If not what can do to sort this out?It seems really odd to have to verify a card that I no longer have when I have passed all the other verification methods :(.

Not a fan of this one to be honest. Base game rarely does anything. Seems like most of the RTP is within the jackpot feature.
To be fair its not too hard to hit the bonus so that has some excitement I guess :P.

I really like the graphics and sound for this slot, aesthetically pleasing :). Unfortunately this game seems very hard to bonus and feels more like a bonus buy game, which I can't do in the UK. Managed 1 bonus in around 1300 spins. -

Feedback: Great game, building on the success of the first game, massive potential but very very volatile :P. Will be trying for a giant win for years to come. Love the fact that you can build up the gigajar feature and then raise the stake and hope to get lucky.

EDIT: All relax slots aren't loading for me, seen a streamer have issues with a tiny portion of them but not all.
I have a loading issue with their slots, they all fail to load (black screen).
It started 2 days ago, I have tried different casinos, different browsers, different devices (pc + phone), tried clearing cache/cookies. Tried everything I can think of.
My friends can still play them using the same casino I use and I still see streamers being able to play them.
anyone able to shed any light on this? confused as anything right now.
