  2. Nice little 599x this afternoon, do love it when the bonus drops on a line with 2 Rich Wilde symbols.

    Bonus itself not all that impressive, but always nice to see a top line drop in.

  3. Oh sorry guys who replied, not checked the thread for a while. So the casino contacted the game provider, and they were told the outcome of the bonus round which i could see anyway thankfully as it glitched on the last spin. They paid me out and the game was fixed, problem solved and i was happy. Took maybe 24hrs for it all to be fixed.

  4. So i have a uncompleted bonus on 'Book of Dead' at Peachygames, and it will not complete. It gets to the last spin, and the reels freeze. After about 5mins my game then times out and I'm forced to close the game. Live chat is currently unavailable, so I've sent an email.

    Wondering if anyone else has encountered this before, and is there something I could try to do to self fix the problem?

    Even logging in on my phone, it does the exact same thing >.<

  5. This is the exact reason i never accept any bonuses or free spins regardless of the site and their reputation. Much rather play with what is mine and know exactly where i stand. If i see £100 balance i know i have £100 balance.

    Been following this thread since the start, from what i have seen and read the player has more than sent you everything that was required. Just pay the Money, but then mind you you took 7 weeks to not withdraw my £70 so don't expect anything different tbh. Your casino's are a joke, so glad i only got burnt for £70 and not more.

  7. I've had this problem before at other casino's its easily rectified, you just need to send them prove from your bank that the card no longer exists for whatever reason and your new card ending in #### has replaced the old one. 

    It's annoying, but it can be fixed with a simple email or letter from your bank.

    Also just a tad confused, if you have played there for 4 years then the account must have already been verified?? So shouldn't they already have a copy of your destroyed card??
