I dispute that it is down to the fact they would make a make a loss if they ran the higher RTP versions - if that were true then they why do they run the games from other providers with over 96% RTP

I believe PlaynGo is using their clout to demand a higher profit share and offering the adjustable RTP as a way to offset the increased cost(and also increase their profit share)

Milking as much as they can while at the top - I hope they wither away. They will probably continue lowering their RTP to compensate without considering that it will turn people off.

"I dispute that it is down to the fact they would make a make a loss if they ran the higher RTP versions". This is true in some jurisdictions and false in others. Germany has a 5.x% something turnover tax, which means that unless that RTP is set below 95%, the casino cannot make a profit. Other jurisdictions where the tax is based on revenue, a lower RTP is not required to make a profit but most operators are doing this regardless.

    Can anyone help here? @Skylined87

    thanks

    Hi there,

Albeit extremely frustrating I think you will have to give it some more time. Instances like these usually involves the casino to get assistance from the provider of the game to clear/finish the game round - and theyre not always the quickest :(

i wouldn't worry though about getting your win but it does suck that it's the customers (us) who are the ones to suffer for a tech error with the provider/casino.

I disagree with #2. Crypto casinos can be more legit than most the casinos CG advertises.

Heck even CG has CRYPTO ONLY casinos.. and just because a casino isn't on their list doesn't mean they aren't legit. For example, bet365 is the largest bookmaker/casino in the world by a mile and they aren't even on that list. It's best to do your own research and be wise.

That guy messaging you looks like he just wants to get affiliation money.

Im a very open minded gambler and have been gambling with crypto even before CG existed (back in 2013/14) with egamingbets (or known as EGB) doing high stakes on esports. Im from the UK so i cant do bonus buys, i have done them on Stake using crypto and cashed out faster than any casinos operating in UK not offering visa fast funds. They are a legitimate site by themselves but its the way they are advertising or promoting which portrays them in a shady way.

I've said this before, the danger in crypto casinos are the lack of KYC and reliable self exclusion which may result in underage gambling and problem gambling. In terms of rtp, they funnily seem to have higher rtp than leovegas on some slots. As for withdrawing your money, trust me its easier with the lack of KYC or the very annoying SOW. We all know how annoying some casinos can be, crypto casinos are not heavily regulated so they dont have to care that much, they will win in the long run against gamblers (rtp)

The important thing to keep in mind is gamble responsibly, be it land based, crypto or non crypto casinos.

I agree that some aspects of crypto casinos can be great. The biggest problem we have, a problem you also mention, is the RG aspect with some of the actors in the space. There are many more things we don't like (like the marketing methods) but RG is the biggest.

If one doesn't give any personal details, how would one be able to self exclude? It's just a click to create a new account. Not giving any details and thus no KYC is obviously also opening up for money laundering.

I think you've hit the key thing there which people don't understand. Lets use NickSlots & SlotSpinner as an example.

    - SlotSpinner is live right now with 170 viewers

    - If I remember right NickSlots has around 1k viewers or less and does £5 roughly?

To put this into perspective, Roshtein has 20,000 viewers right now and is spinning £50 a spin.

He has over 20x their viewers, all day every day. This will make more traffic to his website and affiliation offers.

You have to remember here each viewer is a potential conversion in affiliation. Each person who signs up to SlotSpinner, NickSlots & Roshteins casino offers and loses money, they'll get 20-50% of the money lost as commission.

This is how basic affiliation works, it's simple - more traffic = more sales.

Now you couple this with one other huge thing, Roshtein isn't based in the UK - The UKGC casino have really bad bonuses for streamers/people who play big. Roshtein has 400% bonuses on the casinos he plays because he's based in Malta.

This means he has a HUGE advantage over everyone else, because he can even beat the casino due to the deposit bonuses. Anyone depositing with a 100/200% bonus is still going to struggle, but it doesn't matter because the viewers/affiliation covers it.

This is so simple to understand yet no one talks about it in these discussion threads ever. Like I said I don't know if he's fake or real, but I think he's almost definitely real because the numbers talk for themselves.

There's 20,000 people watching him every single day, can you imagine how many of them will be depositing with his links, losing (as you do at a casino) and giving him 20-50% of his losses?

Nickslots literally seems to have 3 offers on his website and stream for gamblers. Roshtein has GEO IP offers for every country, that'll drive even MORE money to affiliation. Can you imagine how many people watch NickSlots and don't have any sign up links because he only has 3 casinos?

It really is education at this point when gambling and affiliation comes into it. To confirm, Roshtein has some affiliate offers I disagree with (magicalspin for e.g.) so he's no saint. It would be amazing if he just contacted the top 10 forums and verified himself with them to end this discussion once and for all lol. Then we can all go on and enjoy the streams!

Sorry for your second point - I was on good money at the time and the combination of that + Highland Park scotch often leads to irresponsible decisions. I was high rolling a lot for fun and didn't really care if I lost. Looking back, it was a mistake! :) I wouldn't be saying that if I hit it big though.

Not to single any streamer out but do you not think it's a bit suspicious that not one single streamer doing €50-200 spins day in and day out does it at an established casino with legitimate and/or local licenses. Casinos where the regular player does not run into issues every other cashout.

Playing hundred euro spins+ on high volatile games puts the casinos in a potential liability of millions of euros - something the likes of Mecca would be able to swallow, but, way less likely, a newly launched brand nobody's heard of and operating out of a postbox would.

You have streamers who've "branched out" from other streaming channels, where they were employees, now doing the same €100+ stakes and at the same casinos. Is it a) reasonable they were paid tens or hundreds of thousands a month to now afford the cashflow volatility such stakes incur? b) small casinos accepting such liability?

I can say for a fact though that affiliation will not cover a) for virtually anyone, especially not a person hired with a wage. If affiliation does not justify liability, one has the answer for b) as well.

  5. Hi James,

As I wrote to you on FB, you guys will unfortunately have no case here. No deposit bonuses virtually always carry a max cashout, even legit ones. Bronze casino is a very shady casino on top of this, so I am almost 100% sure there would be no payout even if terms hadn't been broken. _Definitely_ do not deposit in order to try to get this no deposit bonus withdrawn (that requirement is in their terms).
