Hi guys. Have had an account at Platincasino since 2018 and have played there from time to time and have never had any problems. Two weeks ago I requested a withdrawal and there were no problems either except that it says that it would take 3 to 10 days until you get the money and I thought that was a bit strange because it usually goes much faster. Now I noticed that they have changed owners and that they no longer have an MGA license but a Curacao license. I immediately became a little worried. Now it has been two weeks and money has not appeared and I have not received any confirmation of the withdrawal but when I log in to my pages the withdrawal is approved and everything looks green there. Have sent an email without any response and the live chat is suddenly no longer available as a contact. Has anyone else played there since they changed the license or has a similar experience?

Hello there! I win the most and more often when I least expect it and don't think about money and just have fun and relax. I agree, Unibet is very reliable casino there shouldn't be any problems. It feels like you have abused some terms and conditions somehow? You have to ask them what exactly it is about?

Hi, the problem is solved 😊. I can say that I was most frustrated that they did not get the right answer from the customer support what caused the delay. The problem was that I had an ongoing verification of Source of Wealth at another Gammix casino. So Scatters had to wait to everything is in order there. As soon as the verification was complete I got my money. Must thank George who is some kind of manager of Scatters. He helped me and explained the delay. So thank you George, now I can continue playing at Scatters😊👍

I have been in contact with George who is the representative of casino Scatters here via casinogrounds forum, he tries to help anyway but I have not managed to achieve anything yet 🤔

Hi guys, I have been playing at Scatter's casino for a while now and I like them. But now I have requested a withdrawal of 4500 euros and it has been almost 10 days and I have not received my money. My account is verified but now they have requested Source of Weallth documents although I have not made deposits of more than 200 euros. I have sent the documents as well.
