-They dont have any phone number you can call and talk with a supervisor.All Communication with account/complaint team is by livechat,and take you hours to get an answer and even when the livechat is trying to help,account team dont answer properly.

-In their promotions they say ”fast withdrawal,instant withdrawal but the reality is you need to wait 48hour before they handle it.

I need to warn everybody to not play on barz casino.Its a white hat gaming casino and i will explain why you should avoid them as much as you can.

 

-They want verification from you and asking for bank statement,when you got a bank statement they want proof of deposit,and after that they want every deposits you made to them with a bank sample.
 

-They dont reply on emails and their account and compliance team are making fun with you when you asking questions.

 

-They close your account even after sending payslips and bank statement,without ant explanation.

 

I am writing this cause it took me over 15hours of work to send all the documents they needed and they still closed my account without explanation.Its not a serious casino at all,avoid them.
