  2. Just when I thought I was out of this thread, I am pulled back in. Wow! "Cherry picking to suit a narrative". How dare you suggest that. I am not going to mince my words, so let me be very clear. I am not focusing on certain bonuses. I am focusing on the ones on your website with big banners to entice people in . All of them. I am also focusing on the emails I received after signing up. All of them. They all had the same unfair 5X CAP after 45X wagering with max bet of €5. This is your standard mantra in your terms & conditions as pointed out in previous posts. I can assure you that I am not cherry picking. The thread was started to make the community aware and not get caught by the bonus terms behind the banners (like some in the trustadvisor reviews). "I find it interesting" that you clearly haven't read my previous posts if you make incorrect statements about me trying your product. I have signed up and deposited and on @LetsGiveItASpin - Casino Streamer recommendation. I've seen enough. You certainly haven't enamored me with your latest response to change my mind. Quoting me a Telegram straw poll as some kind of guise to do what you want is simply laughable. The reality is that in real world research most players don't understand wagering terms until it is too late. It's why some countries have already removed the bonuses option, whilst others are gearing up to do so. It is you that "needs to accept" that there are people out there who will call you out on what they perceive as untrustworthy and unacceptable practices. Would you get away with these terms in any other licensed market other than Curacao ? It takes the word of an established and trusted streamer to entice people into this murky world of poor transparency. 24casino is just a brand name operating under a DAMA JaZ licence from Curacao and run by a marketing agency in Hive Affiliates "Hive Affiliates is managed by industry veterans with a focus on trust and transparency". So transparent that there is no details of who these industry veterans are, or where they are ? Finally, had you not been so rude I would not finish this post up by pointing out that Malta is in your restricted territories list of where people can sign up and play with real money. Slán
  3. @LetsGiveItASpin Kim, thanks for responding. With all due respect, I don't know how somebody could suggest that Depo bonuses with 45xwagering plus 5x cap at withdrawal are +EV, unless EV stands for Entertainment Value in Comedy try on's rather than Expected Value. Its anything but a viable proposition, its outrageous. To beat 45X wagering is a job in itself, on max bets of €5, without going through that and be hit with a double whammy of losing all bar 5X the depo bonus on withdrawal. I'm not one for self torture, I know I'd max em all that day, with my recent luck As a fellow gambler, I have an inkling that you agree that with me. I won't pretend to know how to run casinos. I do know that trustworthiness & transparency are the key traits for me signing up to any, especially with Curacao ops. I am aware that its also not a viable option to offer 100% bonuses to punters on a daily basis, so my suggestion to 24 is stop pretending you can. Most offer it on the occasional basis and perhaps at 50% with no cap. Anyway, I wont add anymore to the saga. Thanks for reading.
  4. When you put it like that it almost sounds reasonable. However, whilst your points about perceived value & fast withdrawal times are noble (this should be the case for all casinos), the bottom line here is that your "regular" bonuses listed on your website all have 45X wagering PLUS 5X max withdrawal caps. And it's the default position for bonuses unless otherwise stated per your T&C's. Wagering alone can wipe out winnings from one big hit, so why would you additionally apply a withdrawal cap after such a large wager? Introducing these unfair terms under the guise of allowing longer gameplay time whilst sounding admirable is offset by the negative (here's what you could have won) experience on the discovery of the low withdrawal cap after such a large wagering multiplier. These are unreasonable and unfair terms. Also, having wagering requirements and additional withdrawal limitations hidden in footnotes of advertisements/banner splashes and/ or full T&Cs makes them easy to miss before choosing to redeem an offer. Additionally, most consumers don’t understand these terms, even when exposed to them. This is what gets bonuses banned in a lot of countries. I haven't even mentioned the encouragement to gamble more element, and I'm not going to. I'm only concentrating on the bad taste it leaves in a players mouth when they get schooled in real time. You shouldn't have to get over this hurdle, to be offered the real bonuses. Most seasoned players will turn away at the first sight of ridiculous limitations (its why I started the thread with a warning to all label). I am sure you don't want to get labelled as being yet another casino with perceived predatory business practices, so my question is why you even chose to go down that road? My question to as to why streamers would affiliate themselves with something so irregular as acceptable, stands. Anyway, I don't want to prolong this, so I will leave to others to comment. Best of Luck.

  6. Hello Mr 24. Actually, the key point is that by default you are offering bonuses that require 45x wagering of the bonus, AFTER which you also restrict withdrawals to 5X the bonus taken, with any additional funds won confiscated. These are quite rogue terms. To underline that this is the rule rather than the exception, lets look at your big banner website offers. Monday Madness: 25% up to €750. (45X wagering, Balance greater than 5X the bonus forfeited on withdrawal) Twist & Spin Tuesday: Deposit €75 & Get 100 Free Spins. (40x wagering on free spins winnings Max Win: €300, standard conditions otherwise) Crypto Deposit Bonus: 100% Depo bonus up to 0.006BTC (Standard Bonus terms. So as not stated otherwise, 45X wagering AND Max 5X bonus withdrawal) Finally Friday: 50% up to €300. (Standard Bonus terms. So as not stated otherwise, 45X wagering AND Max 5X bonus withdrawal) Any emailed promotions including the ones I started this thread with have this unreasonable expectation that you will by default limit withdrawal to 5X the bonus taken when the punter has completed 45X wagering. I actually had to unsubscribe from the mailing list as the offers where relentless but ALL had the same restrictive conditions. I have yet to see any bonus offer that doesn't have these limitations. The reality of this is that in the event that someone hits a run of luck and then actually completes wagering they will get shafted as they will only receive a tiny fraction of the money at withdrawal stage. This is great business for you as its little risk with a massive safety net to minimise payouts to those extremely lucky customers . I am more interested in what the streamers promoting this have to say. @LetsGiveItASpin - Casino Streamer @Slotspinner @realDonzii I am quite sure Kim himself would never agree to such outrageous terms, so why would he promote it to the great community of viewers built up ? Again much love, no hate.
  7. @Ashor I actually responded to you, but someone has hidden the response.
  8. @Ashor Did you sign up to this casino through a CG link ? Either way, it's exactly what I have been warning would happen in the Beware of 24 Casino thread below your thread. No one from @Casinogrоunds or @LetsGiveItASpin has even bothered replying. Is this a new trend of casino we are seeing from Curacao ? Big Banner with 200 and 300% in deposit bonuses . Then the small print of massive wagering at 40/45x and then massive restrictions limiting withdrawal to 5x the bonus taken. Shouldn't be promoting this shite. Here's Trinocasino's similarly predatory & unfair conditions. All the hallmarks of yet another rogue casino.
  9. Full list of the restrictions from accepting Bonus Funds on 24. Unless otherwise stated, deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum of 40x wagering and a max win of 5x the bonus value or currency equivalent. Unless otherwise stated, all winnings obtained from any promotions awarding free spins are capped at 5x the bonus value. Unless otherwise stated, No Deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum of 50x wagering and a max win of 2x the bonus value. Unless otherwise stated, No Deposit Free Spins triggered on registration are subject to a minimum of 50x wagering and a max win of €10 or currency equivalent. Unless otherwise stated, any bonuses forming part of streaming promotions are subject to 50x wagering and a max win of 2x the bonus value. Unless otherwise stated, any review bonus is subject to a minimum of 50x wagering and a max win of 2x the bonus value. I think at this stage, LGIAS/CG should be urging those they have referred not to take bonuses.
  10. You'll also find that the game providers also impose territory restrictions. Netent are notorious for this. As a result, using a VPN to participate in jackpots is russian roulette.
  11. There's a series about the company. Start here....

  13. @Badger Yes it was me that raised it in the chat. I don't think Hampus believed me in all fairness. Eitherway it's just an accident waiting to happen. Someone is going to click on the banner that says 100% (or whatever) deposit bonus without reading the t&c's, hit big and have a bad experience. I honestly doubt the lads had any idea of what CG agreed to when finding this new crowd. One thing is for sure, it would be too easy to point the finger and say well you are not subject to such restrictive withdrawal conditions and that whilst being unfair, would be true. The other thing is that you would not get away with these type conditions with that level of wagering with the MGA. Many have lost their MGA licence for this very practice. I know what 24 are doing here and what market they are trying to capture, but this strat just ends up with pissed off customers who feel they have been mugged. There are options for them like a way to unsticky this if you don't hit the bonus funds or increase the wager X. TBH, the 40x wagering does not make sense if you are going to cap withdrawals at 5x the matched bonus.
