Hi all, I have a friend who is a resident of Canada and is registered on an online casino that is legal in Canada. He is going on vacation abroad and will use a VPN to access the site in Canada. He has already passed all the know your customer identify checks. Would the casino have any issue paying out any winnings if they found out he was playing from abroad? Your thoughts are appreciated!
