So, it has been around 2 months of silence from this fu**face sh**hole di**face person, but he/she is not giving up - neither am i.
This time it's Royal Panda and Mr. Green. I've notified them both via e-mail and waiting for a reply. I will post them when (or if) i get a reply.
I've been in touch with nkom.no who is the norwegian authority regarding all kind of communications. They are aware of the issue, but yet have not found a solution to stop this becasue there are so many parts involved in the technical solutions for ip/telecom. I've also reported this to the consumer authority, but i don't expect them to solve it either. At the moment it seems the only one who can stop it is ourselves and the power we have as customers.
We can:
DO NOT sign up trough any of those link (those links are not better offers than you would get anyway)
Complain to the related casino EVERY time we recieve an SMS spam - ask them how they will handle the complaint. Post the result here.
Close our accounts on the related casinos if they dont take the complaint seriously
Add related casinos to your "ban list". If they dont take a complaint like this seriously, how do you think they will handle any other complaint as a customer.
Suggest to others to stay away from related casinos who operate with non-GDPR compliant affiliates.
Let me know if you have any other suggestions!
