Ok thanks. But i am just asking like your 1st starting bet is low or high. Have like feew slots or you sticks to only one or casinos have more than 1. Sorry to ask but i live in UK and its all restricted. Cant buy bonus buy or spins etc. I can see like big wins here but i dont believe it that u just deposit 50£/€/$ and play 0.10 stake on etc tombstone rip and win 30k.

I used to play 0.20 & 0.40 and had some huge wins. When you start playing high it goes quick...Like £1 bets with a £100 deposit is 100 guaranteed spins but some games can take hundreds of spins between landing bonuses which can smash your balance quickly.

It doesn't matter how much you start spinning at as slot outcomes are random number generated. You just have to get lucky!!

Honestly greatest advice I can give you! Play within your limits, play affordable and enjoyable bets and set limits!

  2. Depends what you want to play. Wouldn't play more than one slot at a time as it'll remove some enjoyment.

Deposits should be what you can afford to be considered lost as gambling doesn't always mean you win...that why casinos are still in business! :D

  3. Are you referring to Jonny Jackpot?

Did you read the terms and conditions prior to sign up to make sure you weren't excluded as some sites will have it in the terms and conditions but you aren't necessarily blocked geographically.

I can imagine a manual withdrawal will take a considerable time longer than normal. Have you considered checking in with the live support how you had done before to see if you can get an update?

  4. I have used Casumo in the past and found them fairly good and when I needed to withdraw it was quite easy, but that was before regulations became a bit tougher.

I'd probably recommend a "Player Arbitration Service" if its not a casino covered by CasinoGrounds

Thanks Admin for the suggestion will definitely reach out to the "national gambling problem support group / organization" for support, I will definitely try to come out of this with dedication and determination.

I have been recovering & relapsing over the years and take it from me if you can free yourself now then the better you will feel and the more easier it will become.

Borrowing money, taking loans or being given money will only make you relapse because deep down the urge to gamble will be too great - That was the case for me at least! Best of luck its a struggle but if you stick at recovering you'll be in better place! What is lost is lost and NEVER think you can win it back!

Hi I'm having some issues on mr Q casino I've been on gamstop since the 19/6/2022 for 6 month break, but we are only human and I tried to access my casino accounts to play and mr Q let me deposit multiple times without even acknowledging my gamstop exclusion this has caused lots of upset in my family over money because im sussposed to be on a break and spent money I shouldn't yes it is a weak thing to do but anyone who gambles will understand how hard it is with an addiction, will I be able to get my deposits back of mrQ seeing as they are breaking UKGC rules does anyone have advise?

Sorry to hear of your situation. As above I would recommend contacting the site. If you haven't played the balance then it should be possible to withdraw it. The only downside I can think of will be if the site has in the terms and conditions about depositing while excluded. The right thing to do would be give your money back if they don't I'd seek UKGC aswell to discuss your options.

    Hi!

I first verified with some troubles might i add at caxino. One of the cards i deposited with earlier this year has been closed, so i dont have it anymore. After a while, they accepted a bank statement, showing transactions.

Then they requested me to verify with wheelz too, because they are a sister brand. I have played there before. They wont accept this information, and requests pictures of the cards i dont have anymore. I have explained that multiple times, and uploaded account statements, showing transactions to their site, and also screenshots from my online bank, showing that the cards are closed.

I'm at a loss, and dont know what to do.

Also worth noting, is that Caxino wont prosess my withdrawal until i verify with Wheelz.

Have you considered asking your bank to provide you proof of having these cards on headed paper? Maybe see if they can confirm that these cards apply to the bank account but are no longer active?

Its a bit silly wanting to verify cards that are no longer in use but I guess theres a reason behind this.

  8. Hi PauseFisk

I think the only way you can stop them is to change your number. The battle against them will be very hard as they use different numbers (Number spoofers) you'll never get rid of these people. I often get similar spam messages and the only legit way to get rid of them is to change my phone number.

To add, I would avoid calling the numbers or texting them back. I have called some of the numbers asking what the texts are about to find they are just regular people.

    Good luck!! :D
