The pace of RNG "table games" is faster than live casino and the table minimums are way lower, either of which may be relevant for some. That said, I would never play one myself unless maybe it was part of a promotion.

Still available on Wildz/Caxino as of 25 Oct, which is the last day I was in Canada. Otherwise, I think you have to play on the provincial government casinos, which I presume are terrible, and I don't even know if they have all the games.

Garga definitely comes a lot more often than 1/1000 spins.
It's a great game and my favorite slot. It has decent potential, 15x pink isn't that hard, but it doesn't rip nearly as fast as some other PnG grid slots like Wild Frames, Honey Rush, or Moon Princess, all of which I also like. (I think volatility for Reactoonz is rated as High by PnG, while the others are Very High) You can definitely see patterns if you play long enough, but the wins are still way more unpredictable (in a good way) than Wild Frames or Honey Rush, where you know how good the feature will be long before it actually plays out.

... or maybe they have the studio in Latvia (which is not their only studio, they also have them in Malta, Spain, and other countries) because the cost of hiring workers is 1/4 of that in Sweden? Same reason their competitors put their games in places like Romania.
There is literally zero reason for a business that has a business model that is guaranteed to turn a healthy profit (for the casino... Evolution earns money from selling the platform to the casinos) to introduce illegality and risk. There are dozens of illegal things Evolution could do that would earn them way more profits way more easily than putting motors on a wheel.

The level of risk and coordinated effort required to "rig" games for specific players would be so huge as to make it not even a thought worth entertaining.
The math is always against you. Mathematically, Lightning Roulette is probably the best game to play if you want the potential for big wins without giving up too much house edge. Don't play the wheel games too much, they drain your balance faster by design, and don't need to be "rigged" to do so.

Wildz is very good in my experience, but can be a bit slow for non-VIPs. (once you get VIP they are quite fast) Have you tried asking in chat about your situation? They are usually helpful and can speed things up.

I've been primarily playing on Betsson Group casinos (Rizk, Betsafe) since Leo and Royal Panda went to 94% RTP on PnG slots. I have absolutely no complaints about them other than some slow customer service in off-hours at times. They're a big player and have been around forever, so they'd have no problem whatsoever paying out €13k.
I would ask them for more details on your situation. If it was indeed related to someone unrelated to you living at your address previously, I would consider that to be unfair, but it's impossible to say unless you get more information from them.

Approx. C$115k (€76k) in deposits since 1 June, net loss of $19k (€12.6k). I was actually doing okay most of the year and reached breakeven at the end of October, so the losses are all from the last 2 months. Obviously losing so heavily in November and December hurts, but it's money I would've spent on travel over the year without COVID anyway, so after taking a week off gambling to cool my head, I've accepted it. When life gets back to normal, I'll get back to being super busy with work and spending my money on more fun things than online gambling.

Creative game, like many of Nolimit City's other games. I like that there is potential in both the base game and bonus. The first several buys were extremely brutal, but ended up breaking about even during my session of ~20 buys. I'm taking a semi-break, but I plan to play this on proper stakes in the future.

Seems strange to me. 2019 was a year ago. I don't want to make any assumptions about your life, but if you can travel from the UK to Monaco and gamble, you've likely had documented income multiple times the £2k deposit since then. Do your bank statements show a lot of cash deposits?

Those are typically high RTP, low variance slots like Blood Suckers, 1429 Uncharted Seas and Kings of Chicago. I love a good high stakes Blood Suckers session, but it's not really something to play when you're looking to boost your balance, unless you play high stakes.
