    Just to re-iterate that this is time since last deposit. If you want to play on pokerstars, always deposit 24 or 48 hours before you intend to play. That way cashouts will be instant. There are still tools to take a timeout for 12 hours, 24 hours and set a max bet protection to prevent you from losing too much if you can't wait for the cashout time. 

    When you can withdraw it is INSTANT processing of any deposited amount and then anything above your net total deposit goes for verification. If you have deposited $1000 by paypal over the years and you finally have a good session and go for an $800 cashout to paypal, this appears INSTANTLY in your paypal account. If you withdraw $1200, $1000 instantly goes to paypal and $200 goes for verification.

    It is not a totally bad system but they are slow to verify so make sure you set max bet protection if you have to verify. You can easily remove this (pending 24 hour approval of the limit removal)
