See the attached. They say they have applied it to all players now, so the extra 2 to 4% in all markets minus Germany is going straight into their pockets. This cannot be legal?

Hi guys, Surely this cannot be legal/in line with MGA guidelines. The aspire group is charging between 2% and 4% fee per bet? Not only do they charge withdrawal fees but now this. A 400 euro bet on immersive is now costing me €16 to place!

I signed up to Casino Friday after seeing them listed here. I won 200 on roulette and withdrew. They asked for kYC, ID, Selfie, POA, Bank statement, Card. I supplied all this. They then sent an email saying my documents had been altered and they could steal my €200 winnings and i had to supply a bank statement showing deposits into the account. Firstly, their terms say nothing about 'docs being altered'. They state if the details do not match. Secondly nothing has been altered apart from obscuring my card number. I have asked casino friday what are they suggesting and what evidence do they have or anything being altered. No response. Can someone from casinogrounds help here? Happy to provide all my KYC docs.

The casino should send his father a cheque not steal the winnings all together...The casino has done something wrong as they often do.
