Good decision to take a break, I had to do it as well, twice.. My personal experience was that after a year of non-online gambling, it is very easy to pick up your addiction from where you left it. I like casual gambling for fun but the betting amounts can increase very heavily if you're on a losing streak. Find a hobby/passion to replace the time you used to spend for gambling. Best of luck!
