  1. When it comes to Norway the rules are currently unclear and a bit hard to know what's relevant unfortunately.

From what I understand Norway itself consider any single win (Not session, but single poker hand/slot win/roulette round) over 10.000 NOK is taxable.

On the other side Norway have agreed to certain international business terms as part of its EU relationship and Maltese online casinos argue that it should therefor be not required to pay taxes.

Its an ongoing case with Kindred and Lottstift I believe which might be worth following.

  2. Hi,

    Very sorry to hear.

Always make sure to check RTP when you play. PlayNGo are offering very low RTP on some sites, so could be a contributing factor.

However its also important never to gamble and "expect to win". Mathematically the odds are stacked against you from the start, so statistically if you play long enough you should reach 0 regardless.

Might be good with a longer break.

Yeah. Some of it is wrong, and the rest of it I already knew. Does make sense that most people doesn't though, which is also why the misinformation is easily considered facts as well.

Could be boiled down to a 5 min video - maybe 10 minutes, instead of a 6 part series taking several hours. They're clearly just trying to milk content on it, so they can make more money on ads. Can't blame them for the hustle I guess, but that time could probably have been spend better elsewhere.

    What is wrong / misinformation?

From what I can see they are pretty spot on and hopefully the following episodes will further elaborate

Today morning 50x CT => 5000x max win with low amount of players. So it's basically collecting all week, but then dropping one bomb once a week.

Does someone honestly believe that this machine is random?

I dont really see how this is too different from most slots ex.?

Usually you win nothing or fairly small - And once in a while someone hits huge.

When expected RTP is somewhere around 90-98% and the game has a potential to pay out big it seems quite reasonable to assume that this means a lot of 0 win game rounds to achieve.

  5. Hey,

Sorry to hear about the situation, and thought to point out that MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) is the official channel to report any alleged breach of the MGA license. I am not familiar with "Pardee Consulta" so cant comment on how that works.

Here is the link to MGA contact for complaints: https://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/

Naturally hard to comment on what was actually said, what happened etc without having the other side - Something not possible in a public forum as online casinos cant post such information. But if you file a formal complaint with MGA then LeoVegas should be forced to document the relevant steps and if unable will need to face the consequences.

Wish you the best of luck!

One rule for the streamers and other rules for the customer... shady on all sides this

Any business are free to treat customers different, as long as its not breaking any laws or regulations.

If you've been in Vegas you might notice that VIPs get treated differently than a normal player on a lot of areas. Same goes for most industries.

If you have a customer at a shop selling clothes known for spending significant amounts some stores even close it for others to give them privacy etc.

Evolution Gaming is a Swedish company. Why on earth did they build the studio in Latvia?

I hope this piece of shit will be banned in our country.

I assume with this statement you buy only "Made in Sweden" products from all Swedish companies? Because why on earth would any Swedish company move their production to e.x China...?

As all serious game providers Evolution is regulated on several levels to ensure fair play/correct RTP

Hi there, gambling could be very lucrative

As a player you have an expected negative return on any turnover, so gambling should definitely not be seen as "lucrative" but rather a form of entertainment such as going to the cinema.

If you expect to win, believe you "have figured out the system" or anything of that sort  you have already lost and should look into your behavior as potential problem gambler.

Gambling is not a way to earn money as a player - The house more or less always win in the long run.
