Never mind after i talked to them yesterday they changed the text under the ? to say bet does get devided by 5 funny how that is, after weeks of saying it was 5 spins of bet size to now devided by 5 huge diffrens, to bad i dont have a screen shot of the text from yesterday would show it was worng since day 1 up untill to day....

If the wheel hits 2 top symbols aka 2 purple chillys the payout screen clearly shows it to be a 0.7x win, so if you bet 10 you should get 7 in winnings right? what i really get is 1.40, so i thought ok maybe since you get 5 spins the bet is devided into 5x2 bets since 2x0.7 does give 1.40..... So i asked support char and i checked the ? page, and both say you get 5 spins with 10 bet on each spin and if thats true then game dosent payout anywhere near of what it should be..... which would make it a real scam and stealing money from players? paying out 5 times less then its supposed to? I noticed that when hosts on the game talk about the payouts in a normal 5 spin round they say its 4.5x win but i only recived 1x win which made me wonder if the monitor they look at is worng or game is bugged....chat supporrt also told me payout on 10 bet would be 7 on 2x purple chillys but thats just no what it pays..... I made a small fast video last night not the best quality but if you look at the 5 spins it hits 3 purple chillys which should be 1.5x payout but even with all the other small stuff it hits doing the 5 rounds my payout is only 10.80 or 1.08x....it has the payout list showing as well so you can see what i mean.... I think you and me have a very diffrend idea of whats professional, for a customer supporter/manager calling customers criminals and being extremly rude on mail after mail is not what i personaly would call professional. And i dont see my dads situation being resolved either, and no he never got hes deposit refunded either they closed the account and that was that. Olle is the only one my dad was talking with on e-mails, i tried to send Olle a message as well but he never responded to me and he stopped responding on my dads emails as well, no real supprise but still. No one called my dad, Olle talked about making a skype call once but since my dad dosent speak or understand english that great he told Olle he would need someone with him that knows english so there wouldent be any missunderstandings, witch Olle for some reason couldent understand, and no matter how many video calls my dad offered them, it just got ignored even though it was Olles own idea to start with..... So yeah the video call never happened, my guess is they dident want to see the truth and see that it really was my dad at the screen, since it would have clear up the matter stright away and it would show that they arent legit

The thing is anyone making an account with bitstarz who has a dynamic ip is at risk of breaking the rules, if you know anything about how the internet and ISP works you could get an IP that has allready been used at bitstarz and you would be breaking the T&C without knowing about it. I explained why the T&C IP rule was broken and my dad send them documents showing he is the owner of the appartment that has the IP, but they dident care, my dad offered them to do a video call since they called him a lier saying he wasent who he said he was, but again they just dident care, ive seen all the mails betweeen Olle and my dad and this casino is crazy they called him a criminal and had an appalling behaviour in the way they talked to him, that alone would warrent a warning on the forums.

Funny i really hate jars and its wining unreal .....my vote would have gone to napoleon but its not on the list, its has the biggest payout on 2 of a kinds compared to any other slot keep getting supprised when you see nothing and it just pays a ton....i think it came out in 2018 not sure though, but my vote went for Goonies seems to give alot of bonuses and side fetures just all around a great slot, low volatile but lots of fun.
