[Security check William hills]

Has anyone had trouble withdrawing money from William hills I won 10 grand 3 weeks ago but apparently my account is going through a security check even though I have been a customer for over 10 years, I have uploaded a bank statement but can’t seem to get hold of anyone at William just a robot. Any help would be much appreciated
