In my promotions, I had an offer, make a deposit of R$500 and get an extra R$500.

So it's like that, they offer you a bonus, you deposit the amount to get the bonus and in the end you get 4x less than you should.
I've only had problems with LeoVegas since the beginning, when it took them 42 days to verify my documents, last week when I requested a withdrawal, they asked to verify my documents for the second time! And yesterday this bonus thing happened. I'm never playing in that damn casino again.
And it won the best casino award of 2021 here at the cainogrounds, it can only be a bad joke.
