Hey, The money was paid out to him. Last explanation they said: AI had approved his KYC documents the first day but a human was needed to verify the documents for the second day/payout. Their is always a first.. How come some casinos takes 1-2 days to widraw, but some do it within minutes?

Helping out a friend - He played at Hypercasino.com and won about €120 and withdraw the money. He then got an email saying he needs to send in KYC documents before the widraw could be made, which he did. He’s account got verified and the money was paid out. The day after he won again and withdraw the money. After 24 hours the money was still pending so he contacted the live support and they said that they need to verify his document again and the money will be paid out latest tomorrow morning. He got very sad. He’s old and asked me if this is normal. Again, the KYC documents where verified the day before. Is this normal?

Can you even set a deposit limit on all the crypto casinos? If you can’t - that’s not responsible casino. I tried out one crypto casino and they don’t have that tool.
